Event Rules
Barbless or de barbed hooks
Catch and release all species
Suitable landing net and un hooking mat
All other Bristol waters rules apply
Please take a photo of your largest fish of each species and post on the group Chat Page for largest fish.
We will supply a book and pen to record you fish numbers.
Meet in car park at the lodge for group photo and last minute instructions 7.30 -7.45
Lodge opens at 8am where all anglers sign on and receive their boat pass.
Once you have received your boat pass you can proceed to the jetty where a ranger will give you a boat number and help you into a boat. you may then start fishing.
We will stop fishing at 5.30 and return to lodge for score tally and prizes.
If anyone wants to return to their boat after this you are free to until Bristol waters boat in time but the event will end at 5.30.

The most points overall winner
Largest pike
Largest brown trout
Largest rainbow trout
Largest perch
The above by weight
Points awarded as follows
500 points for first of each species
10 points per fish after that
Chew Valley Lake: 8am - 5:30pm
