Chew Valley Lake:
Friday 17th June (12-6pm) B3114
We have been made aware of an intended road closure this coming Friday 17th June on the B3114 nearest the Herons Green Layby. Both the layby, road and cycle lane will have access/parking restricted during periods of the day between 12-6pm. Customers visiting the lakes should be mindful that access may be temporarily restricted on this road during this time.
Monday 20th June (4:30pm) Woodford Lodge access road
A scheduled cattle grid clean on the driveway to Woodford lodge at Chew Valley lake means that access to Woodford lodge will be temporarily suspended on Monday 20th June. Work is due to commence at 4:30pm and is expected to take a couple hours to complete but could take longer. Any visitors around this time will not be able to access or leave from 4:30pm onwards until works are complete.
Blagdon Lake:
15th,16th,17th June (whole day) Blagdon lodge Car Park and facilities.
Our car park and harbor area at Blagdon Lake Fishing lodge is undergoing some groundwork improvements. Access to the car park will be closed until works are completed at end of day on Friday 17th June. Anglers will be pleased to know that improvements are being made to the jetty area and a nearby path leading to the harbour from the car park. Blagdon boat fishing is temporarily suspended over the next few days to allow works to complete. It will be business as usual as of Saturday 18th June.
